All orders include a note for law enforcement and the postal service incase of an inspection, which happens on occasion among CBD and other hemp derivatives being processed within the postal system. In the rare case that this should happen, the arrival of your order should not be affected.

All orders that have been processed and packaged for shipment are nonrefundable. If you would like to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact our support team by email at support@cbdsfresh.com or contact us via chat on our website to find out if you're eligible, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are contacting us to find out if you are eligible for a refund, it is your responsibility to get in touch with us before your order is processed and packaged for shipment. If your order has been processed and packaged for shipment, you will not be refunded and your order delivery will proceed.

Subscription orders are nonrefundable once processed and packaged for shipment. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please do so before the next subscription charge or your subscription will be renewed and you will not be eligible for a refund.
